I love this warranty. It is the best one out there.

I gave UHP a call and someone was out to repair it the next day. They gave me the option to have my current fridge fixed or gave me credit towards a new one. I chose to buy new and they reimbursed me within a week and a half. Great company. Would highly recommend!!

Within 10 days of moving into our new home, we had a plumbing leak in our full bathroom. Thanks to our home warranty, all we paid was the $75 deductible. I called at 8 am and within an hour I had a plumber here solving our problem. We were so grateful!

Universal Home Protection is an impressive organization. I have dealt with many home warranty companies over the years and as a contractor, I am in a unique position to observe how they operate. In my opinion, UHP is the only home warranty company that provides not only comprehensive coverage, but deals with both homeowners and vendors in an ethical and responsible manner. I could not be more pleased to be associated with UHP.

I give UHP an A+ for service.  Customer service was absolutely phenomenal!  My circuit breaker went out on the weekend.  I didn’t have electricity or heat.  The electrician came out Saturday afternoon.  If I didn’t have the warranty, I would have waited days to get service

UHP was very prompt in handling the claim for my water heater. They sent out a plumber the same day I called and the contractor found that the water heater couldn’t be fixed. My water heater was replaced and all I had to pay was my deductible. Thanks UHP!

Woke up New Years Day and the furnace was out. I couldn’t figured it out so I called UHP. I left a message and got a call back within an hour. The person was very helpful and had a repairman out to the house in 30 min. The guy fixed it in a half hour. I wrote the repairman a check for $85 and that was it. Just to have an HVAC serviceman come on a holiday is at least $120 to ring your doorbell. Excellent service
